We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday 8pm will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on the day before public holiday 5pm will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using Sendle, based on your delivery address, parcel size, and weight.

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $60 (applied automatically at checkout).
Note: Shipping discounts or promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
6. Delivery Delays or Disruptions
While we strive to deliver all parcels on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

In such cases, we will notify you via email and continue to monitor the situation closely.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days from the shipping confirmation:

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. MONZ1E is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
9. Signature and Safe Drop
All orders are shipped with authority to leave unless otherwise requested. If you're concerned about parcel theft, please choose an address where someone can receive the parcel.
